Responsible

  • Manage and administer clients’ domains, including registration, domain transfers, email setup, renewals, DNS configuration, and troubleshooting website or email issues related to the domain.
  • Provide consultation on selecting the most suitable domain for the client’s business, including choosing the appropriate TLD (.com, .co.th, .net, etc.) and related settings.
  • Perform email migration for users from other email platforms to Gmail.
  • Collaborate with domain registrars and hosting providers to resolve technical issues such as domain transfers or domain unlocking.
  • Monitor and analyze issues related to email inaccessibility or domain expiration and take immediate corrective actions.
  • Create, supervise, and manage domain usage for clients to enable them to manage their domains independently in certain cases.
  • Continuously track the status of clients’ domains to prevent potential issues such as missed renewals, expirations, or domain hijacking.

More qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in domain management, including adding/removing email accounts and performing email migrations.
  • Possess basic knowledge of DNS, Name Servers, MX Records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other configurations related to email and websites.
  • Understand the processes of domain registration, transfer, renewal, and unlocking, as well as procedures involving domain registrars.
  • Able to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to domains, emails, and websites.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Be detail-oriented and consistently follow up on operational tasks, especially domain expiration dates.
  • Experience with DNS management systems or other hosting platforms.
  • English communication skills will be advantage.
